TELL US YOUR GOALS
We’ll ask you about your fitness goals, workout experience, what equipment you have access to (at home or in the gym), dietary preferences, and more.
After that, we'll get to work on creating your personalized workout plan. Plans include 1, 2 or 3-days of strength training, and additional bonus suggestions for movement on the other days of the week.
ATTEND YOUR INITIAL CONSULTATION
During your 45-minute video call via Google Meet, we'll deep-dive into your goals, brainstorm how you can continue establishing a lifestyle of health and wellness, and go over your personalized workout plan in detail.
Your coach will monitor your activity, and check in with you regularly to keep you on track. Plus, you can contact your coach anytime using the in-app chat function!
